Le Corbusier
Le Corbusier nasce a
La Chaux-de-Fonds nel Giura Svizzero nel 1887 e muore in Francia nel 1965.
La sua attività di architetto, Designer e urbanista riscontra larghi consensi soprattutto per il suo carattere innovativo ma razionale.
La sua creatività nel corso degli anni dà vita a capolavori come: la Cappella di Ronchamp, Il Centro di Zurigo e l’Ospedale di Venezia.
La sua fama raggiunge l’apice in seguito alla collaborazione con la giovane architetto Charlotte Perriand.
Da questo connubio nascono dei classici importanti come "Equipement Intérieur de l’Habitation" esposti nel Salon d’Automne di Parigi del 1929. |

Le Corbusier was born at
La Chaux-de Fonds in the Swiss Jura in 1887 and died in France in 1965.
As architect, Designer and Town planner finds large consents thanks to his innovative and rational character.
Through the years he creates some masterpieces as : Ronchamp’s Chapel, Zurigo’s Centre and the hospital of Venezia.
His reputation reached the apex in consequence of the collaboration with a young architect Charlotte Perriand.
After this meeting we have the birth of some important classics: Equipement Intérieur de l’Habitation which are exposed in the Salon of Paris in 1929. |
